Dr. G.S. BhallaEstablished in 1996 by a team of professionals and bankers headed by Founder Director   
Dr. G.S. Bhalla for imparting basic training in functional areas of Banking, Insurance, Risk Management, Foreign Exchange, Credit Management, HRD  and Related areas to practicing Bankers.

The Institute seeks to identify potential entrepreneurs, develop their enterprise building skills and facilitate them to develop ideas into bankable projects.

CTDI is in training & development activity for last 17 years and it caters from entry level to top management training for bankers. The Institute is promoted by Ex-Banker, Dr. G.S.Bhalla (Phd. UBS, Deptt. of Business Mgt. PU, Chandigarh). The entry level training is being managed by Harsimran Singh Bhalla (MS Finance, IIT- Chicago, USA).

Besides Dr. G.S.Bhalla & Mr. Harsimran S. Bhalla (Directors), the core team includes Mr. K.G.S. Nagpal, Mr. Tapan Raut & Mr. H.P. Singh supported by specialised faculty from different Banks, Industries and Management Institutes.

Apart from the classroom module, Institute has Distance Edu Module for JAIIB / CAIIB and Career Advancement Training Modules.

Bank Entry Modules:

These modules have been designed to cater to young aspirants who want to make their career in banking.
